Hey there Market Street friends!!  How goes it this FABULOUS Friday?!  

Jacquie Peifer , or Javablustamper as most of you may know me, here to share with you!  I am SO excited to be your Guest Designer for March!  Seriously, an honor!!  So, to start off the month I have a krafty kreation to share.  I recently found some PRE-made kraft cards and envelopes at my local craft store. They also happened to have a MATCHING pack of scrap patterned paper!  How COOL was that?  I am all about the "matchy-matchy" stuff!  So, I was set!  I just can't seem to stop creating with them; I LOVE kraft!  That and my Market street Stamps!  Here is what I came up with, when I put my two loves together!

This COMPUTER CUTIE stamp set is AWESOME!!  It is PERFECT for all types of occasions!!   I especially like how the distressed Twinery Twine, ties it all together too!  I used the Maraschino Twinery Twine to match my Copic colors!  I even used a red Twinklette marker to add to that "matchy" thing!!  You can find MORE details on my blog, Javablustamper.  Can't wait to visit with you again!!  Until next time, have a WONDERFUL day!

I hope you all had a FABULOUS holiday weekend! I'm off to visit all the family this week- lots of traveling and running around, but before I go I wanted to share this card with you today! 

I have LOVED this little Computer Cutie stamp set since the very first day I discovered Market Street Stamps! It's fun and retro and I love to pair it with fun patterns and colors! It's the perfect way to say HEY to the friends you have in the computer- and I have LOTS of those! ;)

This card is FULL of all the stuff I love! The sweet Computer Cutie stamp set, some pretty Crate Paper Random Collection papers, and some fab Maya Road ribbon! Can't go wrong with that collaboration! Haha!

Announcing a new Senior DT Member!

Hi Everyone! Two Senior DT Announcements in one week! Phew! Well, this is our last Senior DT announcement until the FULL DT reveal next week. I hope you are ready - there are going to be some MAY-JAH (that was my Brit accent, needs work, huh?) prizes to be won and some fun surprises sprinkled throughout the day!

So, without further ado, the newest addition to our Senior DT is...

Samantha Casey! 

Samantha, like DoBea, was a design team member before we even had a Design Team! I am so fortunate to work with her and her creative mind both at Peachy Keen Stamps and here at Market Street Stamps. She is a master with her X-acto knife and I think the general consensus is that we'd all love to spend just one day in her mind! Not to mention she is sweet as pie and I had the pleasure of meeting her and her mama last year! Here are 3 of my FAVORITE projects  that Sam has created for Market Street (trust me, it was hard to choose just three)! 

Isn't this "Gone Campin'" card just dreamy? I love how she creates such beautiful scenes! 

Her cards are truly 'paper art'!

I had a good giggle when I saw how she made "Computer Cutie" hold a coffee cup. Just like a true computer geek would! They don't call it the "Java" platform for nothin', folks!

This card was heavily accessorized by Sam and her crafty knife skills! I adore how she turned "Robo Love" and "Robo Star" into a football player and cheerleader! 

I'm telling ya - SUPER hard to choose just three cards - especially when you take a peek at this post where she created a "Follow Your Heart" card for all 4 seasons! Simply beautiful!!

Computer Cutie

Hey everyone, Samantha here to share another card! I decided to create a card using Market Street Stamps that would be great for a coworker, student, or friend. This Computer Cutie stamp set is perfect to send to a friend for a quick pick me up. I spruced up my computer with some arms and a nice cup of coffee. Since Market Street Stamps is made with high quality photopolymer the image stamps so well. It leaves a nice dark solid impression! I really think this stamp is unique and the coordinating sentiments are adorable!

Simple Computer

Hi there! It's Tracy here with my first post on the Market Street Stamps blog. I couldn't resist playing with this adorable little computer cutie when I first got him in.

I used this week's sketch over on CPS as the inspiration behind my card. The decorative paper is all from Cosmo Cricket's The Boyfriend line from last year. I thought it went perfectly with the computer/tech theme!

I kept my card pretty clean and simple. Some paper piercing on the patterned layer for interest, along with rounded corners. I used decorative scissors to create the pinked edge to the red layer.


I really wanted to bling out my computer in some way to draw a bit more focus to it, but still keep the card pretty masculine. So I used my Sakura Stardust gelly roll pens in sky star, golden star, and copper star to color in the trio of buttons below the screen.

Then I added a little squiggle in the bottom-right corner with my lime star Sakura pen. It's supposed to look like a little wire of sorts, but I'm not sure if I succeeded! Either way, this will be a great card for my equally geeky husband.
