Market Street Stamps is a mix of whimsy and classic design - offering up a fun, fresh clear stamp line founded in January 2010. We're known for a unique feature which most people recognize right away - our stamps are clear, but peach tinted!

Our peach polymer is trade-quality, which means the product we create is made to last through thousands and thousands of impressions on a large printing press - imagine what they can do in your craft arsenal! The images and sentiments in our line are go-to's for cards, journals, layouts, you name it!

Our goal is to provide versatile, high quality stamps and beyond that - a supportive, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable hanging out with their stamping friends, asking questions, and sharing their latest Market Street creations! Blast from the past......

Happy Thursday!  Amy here today with a technique from your past!  This was one of the first techniques I learned when I began stamping many moons ago.  Stamping with bleach.  Yes, it's messy.  Yes, it's smelly.  But it's FUN!  I wanted to use the Blast Off stamp set and have the perfect occasion to give this card away this weekend to our neighbor boy for his birthday!    I thought this stamp set lended itself well to using bleach with those star images!

Stamping with bleach gives your image a fun distressed look.  Do not expect it to turn out like traditional ink because it won't.  I simply poured a bit of bleach on a paper towel lined plate.  After stamping my stars, I just watched as the bleach took the color away from my cardstock and whalaa!  It's like magic!  Have any of you tried this technique?  I'd love to hear about it!

Brenda mentioned yesterday that we'd LOVE to see your creations loaded into our Flickr gallery or over at our new forum, The Neighborhood!

Blast Off! with Market Street Stamps

HEY!! Julie Ranae here!

I am super excited to be sharing this post with you today
in my official capacity as a Senior Designer over at

I absolutely love playing with our fun & fab
'peach-tinted'...yes...'peach tinted'
stamps!

You may that I now have four grandsons and I am
constantly thinking boy-themes lately.
I think my oldest grandsons CJ (who is 8)
would love this card!

It's difficult to see in the photo, but I used
silver metallic cardstock underneath the
cut panels, so it lends a real 'space' feel.

I used the Blast Off set and oh what fun!

Hey!!  You are gonna love this next part!
In honor of the new design team week,
look at what Market Street Stamps is offering...

You can get in on an amazing giveaway!

Each of the new designers has chosen their
favorite stamp set and they are being given away!
You have until 11:59 CST, Thursday Aug 4th to enter

It's a pretty big deal and you could win!!

So glad you could stop by today!
