Vicki

Check out this super cool card that I found in our Neighborhood photo gallery! LOVE how Vicki circled the letters from ABC Background to spell out "Happy Birthday!" So smart! And those arrows from My Thoughts Exactly are perfect for pointing out her focal image! Beautiful design, Vicki!

Pack Your Bags {Tips and Tricks} :: Tifany DeGough

Hi! It's Tifany here and today I wanted to share with you a few tips to really get the most out of your stamps.
I know many crafters out there are working on a tight budget, so being able to stretch your supplies can be a big help.

The clean designs in the Market Street Stamps line are so versatile and really lend themselves to paper piecing and coloring, which can get you a lot of different looks with just one stamp.
In addition to just coloring or paper piecing, don't forget what you can do with those great Market Street Stamps sentiments. Stamp them multiple times to really draw extra attention:
You can also mask the sentiments (to remove some of the words and create a new sentiment) or combine some words from multiple sentiments to create your own.

To change up the look of your stamped images, sometimes it just takes a little change in perspective. Try stamping off-center (or die-cutting off-center) as I've done here:
If you want to really change things up, instead of paper piecing to add patterns you can add your own doodles and designs with a pen.
These are just a few ways you can get some extra mileage from your  Market Street Stamps stamp sets.
For these three examples I've used the same supplies: stamps, ink, markers, cardstock, and ribbon. Just think of how many more looks you can create by changing the color scheme or adding in various patterned papers.
I'd love to hear if you have any other tips on how your stretch your supplies!

Thanks for stopping by today and please stop by and visit me on my blog - I love visitors!

Supplies:
Cardstock: Discount Cardstock (Brilliant White 130#); The Paper Company (Kraft);
Stamps: Market Street Stamps (Make A MemoryBon Voyage);

Markers: Copic (YR68, YR18, E25, E57, YG25, YG17, B21, B23, Y38, Y08);  Memento (Tuxedo Black);

Hello There!
I'm so glad to see how much you're enjoying our inspiration week with Scor-Pal! We've had a blast creating for this week, and today's projects show no exception.

Today, we'll be taking a look at the lovely work of

&

Don't forget to pop by the Scor-Pal blog after you're finished here!
Both teams have done a phenomenal job!

Stephanie created an awesome card that could be used for a female friend or it could be masculine, too! I just LOVE the pattern she created with her Scor-Buddy and all the fun inking she did to make the creases POP! Stephanie used Daily Grind for her coffee cup and sentiment, and the tag is from Make a Memory.

(*Tifany's project will be up tomorrow, oops, my fault!)

Amy's note card set is absolutely stunning! The red and kraft combo is classic, and who wouldn't love a gift like this? Amy used both Neighborhood and Home Sweet Home. Don't miss her blog - she has a wonderful photo tutorial for you today so you can create this same project!

Thank you so much for visiting today, don't forget to visit both our designer's blogs as well as the Scor-Pal Blog for more photos, additional projects and more!

See you back here tomorrow!

Inspiration Week :: Scor-Pal & Market Street Stamps :: Day 3

Hello and Happy Wednesday, Stampers!
I hope you're enjoying our Inspiration Week so far, I can't believe we've already made it halfway through the week. Time flies when you're having fun!

Today's inspiration is courtesy of:

&

We're showcasing projects all week long and the Scor-Pal team is, too!
They've got some amazingly talented designers as well, so please do head over there and check out the beautiful creations they've posted for you on their blog.

DoBea's card creates an interesting background effect by scoring a diagonal pattern on a vertical stripe pattern paper. It reminds me of the reflection on a window pane, and I could think of a lot of fun different color combinations you could use this technique with! Her sweet camera and sentiment are from Make a Memory. Be sure to visit her blog for a GORGEOUS mini-album and more photos and a full supply list!

Michele designed a creative CAS card using Ain't No Sunshine. I love the scored cloud, and the scored horizon line is genius! Michele is the CAS Queen, so be sure to visit her blog where you'll find more design ideas and plenty of Market Street Stamps inspiration!

We also have a WINNER to announce
from the Operation Write Home LINK UP.
The winner is...
